      Jobs keys for success are not that hard, they tell you how to succeed and its dependent on you to go out and do the work, fun company to work for.

      Cons

      A lot of cold calling. Most of the time is spent prospecting. Hard for new reps but once you are past that initial period you can be successful.

      Absolutely NONE AT ALL IN THAT HELL HOLE

      The department I was in was karen central and what made it worse for me is I was a black man in that department. Only one lady took the time to try and help me to understand the job and I appreciate her. The rest...I guess they thought I wanted them,after all we black men just over karens... right?
