Stability. They will run you into the ground if you let them. Overtime is constant...as it saves them money (less employees, less benefits paid).

Entire custody division is run by a queen bee and her clones. You can have poor attendance, a lousy work performance, and a host of personal problems....but if your "one of hers" you wont be stuck on line staff for 20 years. Grueling overtime..sometimes exceeding 50 hrs in an 8 hour shift. Pay/Benefits are below average. Other post is correct. No wage increases in over 10 years. Management lowers standards to maintain a politically correct balance that doesn't even remotely depict population stats. Union is worthless and under the queens tight grip. Intimidation and backbiting runs rampant.
