There is absolutely nothing positive to share

They discriminate against disabled people and get rid of staff very easily. A bunch of bullies. I would never recommend anyone to work here!

Did not experience any Pros

Poor attitude to safety. Depots in poor condition exposing staff to daily hazards and risks. Owners reluctant to spend the money to rectify as they was only renting the premises. Long hours early starts every day (6am) to 4pm. Depot managers did not want H&S staff advising, identifying issues, reporting issues. Poor H&S culture. I was previously made redundant took first job offer (SQS) biggest mistake in my H&S career. Could not wait to leave worst 5 months of my career,
