You can do the bare minimum and still get paid. Medical, 401K, salaried pay is good but everything comes at a price so I'd seriously consider these reviews before taking a position at this company.

When I came to Stant I read these reviews with a grain of salt but now I can tell you that most of these are accurate. Yes, there is an infestation of old AAM employees weaved into this company and it's not a good thing. Favoritism, check. Nepotism, check. Unprofessionalism, check. Poor leadership, check. Oh and I can't forget the middle school clicks, check! This company has it all. There is no incentive to be a good employee at Stant. You can literally skate by doing less than the bare minimum - ZERO accountability. And for the fun of it, don't bother showing up on time they won't notice or care. There are no bonuses, little to no raises, and absolutely no team atmosphere, comradery, or synergy here. Don't take this position as a career move because your talent will not be developed or utilized so save yourself the despair.
