There are just cons only in this company actually its not an IT company it is a technically a place where you just lick the boots of Ceo and do whatever he says also he doesn't have any understanding of code as he is a non tech guys but will show you and tell you like he knows everything about the designing and implementation and if you will argue or raise a question or give your inputs now be ready to get fired
