      Excellent work-life balance; work from home available when required; decent team (GAT); decent base salary; exemplar supervisor (Bid & Price Manager as of March 2019) and great Head of GAT;

      Unclear company vision; company restructuring; except from base salary not many other financial incentives

      Rarely I would get Stars points. Sometimes my coworkers would smile.

      Everything else. Poor pay, disrespectful customers, retaliatory bosses and overall toxic culture.
