Pros
Really no. DO NOT believe what they promised in the recruitment ads or oral agreement.
Cons
Lies, lies, lies. 1, Mistreat employees. -Not respecting employees' time. The scheduler would change employees' daily schedule/appointments 1 hour prior without even notifying the therapists. - Have no benetifs whatsoever. There is no group health insurance, no 401k, although on the recruitment ads promised the opposite. - No professional development. Being sent to therapy after a couple of hours training, and there was no follow-up training. - No proper admin support. There was only one staff handling schedule, payroll, hiring, EVERYTHING. - Blaming/Finger Pointing Culture. From CEO to technicians, blaming others is the norm. 2, Mistreat clients. - telling clients lies on therapist's avaibility, instead, company would pull therapist out of cases for new clients whose insurance funder pays higher rate.
