Flexible is create. Plenty off time for studying and maintaining my certifications. I am on a schedule to add one paper verification of my skills each 3 months. Really like my opportunities to teach and advise. Taking over failing projects is great fun for me. Great. This LLC highly flexible and allows me to pursue my interests. I have remained at locations for years and at other times for only a week which has allowed me to be comfortable where I am.
Cons
There are no negatives for me. COVID has made it more challenging for me since I prefer the in person excitement.
