      Paid training and a casual dress code

      Cons

      Tech skills is a must otherwise you'll be lost even if youhave the basic technical knowledge. Their actual training is shortened, far from what theysaid it would be. Passion with tech and people are necessary because long hours working with thses are to be expected

      Pros

      Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.

      Cons

      As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
