The office culture is great. There is hybrid work and flexibility with hours. The firm is very outspoken and conscious of diversity and inclusion.

Cons

There has not been a cost of living raise. Raises are not truly merit based.

Not many anymore. Used to be a great place to work but has slowly gone down in the last 10 years.

Management is bringing the place down. Below average pay. Micromanaging. COO believes everyone is replaceable
