crooked leadership. their charities are a way to make sales and money. family business with all family leadership mostly and they look out for themselves. if you are on the "inside" they expect you to hide the dirty secrets under the rug. zero work life balance. you will travel a ton. work weekends. and your family becomes second. google some of the recent news on their scandals and that will tell you all you need to know.
