Pros
-If you like to work at a place where people tell you exactly what to do then this is a place where you would feel home. - Big clients - Maybe nice if you need first time work experience as its easy to get in
Cons
Way too much micromanagement, managers tell you they want to get all the feedback but when you give feedback they get defensive or will write it down and never get back to it. You wont have any responsibility here so there is not much to learn. You are basically treated as a kid that doesn't know anything. Plus the salary is quite low and they push you to work on weekends sometimes.
