Pros
Pay was decent. Good work life balance. Non management coworkers were,for the most part, great.
Cons
HR had an agenda and committed multiple human rights violations. Almost all staff that had any form of disabilities or needed assistance to do their jobs have been let go. Management consists of friends of the owner, that have no real previous management experience and they do not have the best interests of the employees or company in mind. Start prides themselves on company culture and has those core values posted on the walls throughout the office. They unfortunately twist those values to fit an agenda that only benefits themselves and does a disservice to the culture of the company. High turnover of staff. Some staff are not held accountable for their poor work ethic, while others are constantly being targeted (favouritism).
