The start up atmosphere also allows all employees to gain exposure and learn about different areas of the business outside of their main focus area. It's a culture that allow new employees to develop skills and learn quickly.

My worst day at StartWire is better than my best day anywhere else.

Haven't encountered any cons to date, but will add that it's an entrepreneurial environment. If you're one to follow the leader vs. blaze your own trail, this might not be the right environment for you.
