Pros

I made good friends and have support from my supervisor. Due to bilingual status I am also able to make a little higher than the normal income. There is free coffee and some food options on given days

Cons

The job is too stressful and the customers can be nasty, no matter how hard you try to appease them. It's a hard job to stay positive at, and the lower pay and demand do not help keep agents around. There is no chance for me to really promote without a pay cut, and it's hard to feel appreciated even if you go above and beyond in service
