      Paychecks are on time. Reduced training time to fill seats quickly with inexperienced agents.

      Cons

      Top management will blame anyone and lie to your face. If you work hard to get promoted you should consider yourself with one foot out the door for job security.

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
