Pros
The company has provided a lot of advancement for myself, but it was merely due to Senior Leadership or Direct report managers leaving. I am given a lot of flexibility to get my job done. My schedule is never questioned as my thread of management believes in getting the job done is a direct reflection of working your hours effectively.
Cons
Way too much Senior Leadership turnover and constantly change directions due to this. For six months we will be working on a project and it will completely lose momentum because of leadership changes. There is a lack of ownership felt around the non-agent world here and if someone is able to punt something, they will just so they don't have to look at it any longer.
