Pros
Used to offer salaried positions. Now only fee for service. There are no pros.
Cons
What a horrible and unforgettable experience I had at starting point. As a speech therapist you also have to do SEIT work which was in itself unusual. Besides that, that staff that worked there was absolutely horrible to every employee. There was zero trust in any of their employees. Everything was about the money- a few times I would let the agency know I felt endangered in these horrible areas I was sent to, and their reaction ultimately was "deal with it" despite actual proof of a dangerous situation. I have to say though, the worst part was the endless and nasty phone calls received from those in the office. Whether it was during the work day, a weekend, a holiday, after work hours, it didn't matter. The second you saw that number your heart immediately sank. The second there was an issue they demanded you come down to Brooklyn and fix your paperwork.
