Pros
I am grateful for the opportunity and experience, and the amazing co workers and managers I met along the way
Cons
- Once the CFO Michael Tipsord took over Ed Rust's CEO Position, the company started going downhill - The CEO stopped caring about quality and started focusing on call times and quantity - The company is valued at over $80billion dollars but they decided to be penny pinchers and decided to close all the Operation Centers around the US, and relocate all the employees to either Dallas, Phoenix, and Atlanta - State Farm's highest senior executives constantly lied about Safe and Long Term Locations (such as Irvine) - A lot of current employees are demoralized and un motivated due to the drastic changes - Other Rival and Competing Insurance Companies such as Farmers, Progressive, and Allstate pay higher salaries than State Farm - The new PTO system makes it difficult to get days off / vacation days
