Pros
Free parking outside; free coffee; 8-5 and your done, but you will hate the hours in between. Easy work; very low bar of expectations.
Cons
If you are lucky to find the true gems in the company, count yourself finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow; there are good people here, but few. UPPER mgmnt is clueless to the cesspool out on the floor. The old regime of people do not know the meaning of professionalism. HR people just there for a job, so not your “safe place”. INSURANCE is horrible and too expensive for anyone to get.
