Pros
Large company and generally easy hiring process, so easy to get in. Good for H1B as they would process it and also offer Green Card processing
Cons
1. Heavy on bureaucracy, too many non-lean processes/ticketing systems. 2. Lack of vision in senior management and leadership, mass confusion and mass exodus from company since last 8-10 months 3. Pays less than most companies in the area 4. No work life balance 5. Due to easy interview process, many incapable employees
