      Love how everyone respects one another. Fun exciting work environment. Flexible work hours. Have the opportunity to learn something new about the industry each day.

      Cons

      Salary is low compared to other companies. Need to have better tuition reimbursements. Currently it's 5,000 max for a yr and you have to remain working there another year in order to get it.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
