      Pros

      - Young Teams - challenging Environment - great opportunity to growth & develop if you're willing to deliver - great senior management offering opportunities, handing over responsibilities & supporting where they can (may differ of course) In - international ! (Read a very negative comment before with regards to this' don't know where you come from - maybe you should cross the boarder & see the world before you talk about "internationally"

      Cons

      - lots of talking about travel budget, in fact travel budget doesn't exist for low level employees (up to AVP)

      They offer resources for learning.

      Cons

      In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
