Toxic workplace. Office gossip run amuck, office politics takes centerstage and terribly poor leadership that is incapable of addressing the problem and promoting a good workplace culture. Leadership is shortsighted in terms of solving an immediate problem vs planning long term. Leadership can’t articulate roles/responsibilities for their team. Company is riddled with outdated processes and takes forever to get even a simple thing done.
