Everything Family owned company Zero trust President of company knows NOTHING about the day to day but finds things to obsess about and ruins the day to day operations President of company is a robot who acts like he's meeting you for the first time everyday, or like you're an idiot It's honestly just a very weird company. Everyone is so paranoid and management is more interested in not trusting their employees than running the company. Absolute nightmare. Toxic. Zero culture. Do not work for this company
