Pros

Golden ticket for career advancement. Management seeks out and disseminates a continuous stream of the latest tools and software available for the team to work with. The company has a multinational infrastructure and has been cited as being the first to implement hyper-converged technologies in some regions of the world. In regards to the IT department, co-workers are as supportive as they are disciplined, creating an environment where comradery and academic pursuit have tremendous synchronicity. Advancement within the company appears to be fairly merit based in that commitment and completion of projects seem to correlate with how management re-evaluates position and pay.

Cons

The network infrastructure can be very dynamic and new technologies can have a learning curve. There will always be a variety of projects on different fronts so staying organized is paramount.

Pros

I started working here 6 months ago and it has been a great place to grow and learn. Management expects you to perform well but does not micro manage. Hard work is expected and valued. Learning and working alongside industry veterans who can teach you a lot if you're willing to learn.

Cons

Can't think of any besides my commute

Pros

Good and fair compensation. Payment of salaries and contractors are of utmost importance for CEO and he makes sure that this guideline in followed to the T.

Cons

There is no professional sense of management. CEO is on top of every move, from top to bottom of company, does not delegate, shows total contempt and disdain for the work of employees. He believes he has the knowledge in every field and discipline, and does not accept others' work, criteria or recommendations if different to his views. Yells, insults and uses disrespectful words to humiliate employees. Emotionally draining for male and female employees alike and even for his own relatives and girlfriend who work for him. Not worth the money.
