Pros
I've been working at STATSCORE for almost a decade now, and I decided to share my opinion, especially since the current average rating below 4 stars doesn't reflect the reality in my view.
The company has grown significantly over the years, but it’s still far from having a corporate atmosphere. People have always been at the center—this is visible in management decisions, the approach to benefits, and the everyday work environment. The benefits package is truly high-quality: private medical care, life insurance, a Multisport card, a meal card, an extra day off on your birthday, family picnics, happy hours with free food, and multi-day team-building trips. Training sessions are organized regularly, so there’s room for growth.
A big plus is the clear structure and strategy, everyone knows where we’re heading and what we aim to achieve as a company. When it comes to employee development, that also works well — many people in leadership roles started in lower positions and were promoted thanks to their performance.
I can wholeheartedly recommend working at the Katowice office! the atmosphere is great, and the team is truly amazing
Cons
Two years ago, Statscore was acquired by a foreign company. On one hand, this significantly accelerated the company’s development, but on the other hand, the owner sometimes imposes decisions that are not always understood by the broader team
