Right now the company does not live up to its core values that are constantly touted and repeated. Boneheaded initiatives get pitched to team members without instruction or purpose. Lots of do "X" or you'll be let go, like time tracking, yet most people still don't track time accurately and have not been fired for it. Leading by fear right now as both employees and clients are leaving. You never know what version of the CEO you will get, again leading to a fear driven culture.
