Pros

The Chairman is very compassionate and generous to its employees especially on those who are working in operations

Cons

The HR managers and up are not competent enough to support the growth (career and technical skills) of all its employees. HR staff are not trained enough to recognize and eliminate biases. I have seen consistently low performance reviews for a certain group of employees, but not for others. And that's been a trend since a long time ago.
