No hikes. No job security. No strong roadmap or vision.
No new big logos from past 2+ years. Bad CEO with group of incapable sales team. CEO invested lot of money on marketing and sales teams but no use. Funds have been diverted to incapable teams who struggling a lot to get at least new big logo from many years.
CEO, Marketing and Sales teams should stop blaming the product. Many of our competitors are doing excellent sales with what they have.
Senior management always takes care of only top 20 talent. No job safety and respect if you are not in top talent pool

Many teams worked throughout the year (no holidays, weekends…. ). But no salary hikes. Very very bad….
HR team is fit for nothing. HR head is very good in rolling out layoffs. This team is super good in conducting meaningless meetings and chocolates distribution for top 20. Nothing for average and above average employees.
