As a former employee of the organization, I would like to provide an honest insight into its working culture and policies. In terms of the working culture, it can be described as one of the worst in the industry. The management, including managers, reporting managers, and service delivery managers, tend to use and discard employees as per their convenience. While they do express appreciation and send out emails when employees are performing well under heavy workloads, they tend to sideline them when their work is completed. This often leads to a lack of relaxation, and employees are forced to resign for the sake of their own mental peace. The senior staff members' communication skills are often found to be lacking, especially when interacting with clients in English. In addition, employees are judged on their looks and communication skills, and if they do not meet the management's expectations, they are subjected to mental torture until they leave the organization. The management tends to be partial to individuals with influential connections. Regarding policies, the organization's policies are among the worst in the industry. Despite making promises of reimbursement, the company fails to uphold them when it comes to claiming. The policies are inconsistent and ever-changing, with no predictability. Additionally, employees are often forced to work extra hours or over weekends but are only paid a meager amount as per the policy. Unfortunately, the HR and transport departments of the organization are managed by uneducated personnel who lack basic documentation skills and knowledge of how to set schedules or implement policies. While the organization tries to compete with MNCs, it fails to meet even basic standards. In summary, every employee in this organization is stuck in a difficult position and is forced to work under unfavorable circumstances. It is essential to acknowledge that this organization is fraudulent and engages in mental torture.
