      Friendly environment, great support staff, nice work/life balance compared to other law firms, good location if you are willing to work outside of the city.

      Cons

      Not many downsides, but this firm only specializes in one practice area, so the work becomes monotonous. It is also difficult to transition to another practice area upon leaving.
