Pros

Great co-workers, autonomy to a certain degree

Cons

Management there was dismal at best. There were a handful of middle managers that really understood what needed to change for success but were always beat down for the financial benefit of the Kerman family and the members of the good old boys club. Our group of people were a small portion of steiner as a whole, but worked well together. We overcame countless obstacles, including 2 employees passing away (HR did NOTHING for employee comfort or moral afterwards!!). Endless weeks of late nights wasn't enough to keep the ship from sinking. Everyone gave 110% and had the rug pulled out from under them at the last minute. They don't follow through on agreements, you have to fight for everything related to fair compensation and benefits. If it's not in writing, good luck. The use of verbal agreements doesn't mean anything. They are a narrow minded, blinders on company who will trip over a dollar to pick up a dime. Once they do that, they will stand on you just to have a better view. It's really unfortunate how much they don't value the great people who work there. SHAME ON YOU!

Pros

Fair salary and decent benefits. WFH. Skilled and knowledgeable managers.

Cons

Leadership team doesn't seem to welcome new voices or ideas and seem stuck in the way things have always been done.
