Inability to grow professionally, have to stay in your role 18 months, bad management, bad HR. For the most part, I have had pretty decent management with the exception of a couple of people. The last group that I was in was the worst, poorly run, incompetent group of mangers I have ever dealt with. I was hired into the group with bait and switch tactics. The person that I thought I would be working for was changed to a different person that I wouldn't have agreed to work under. Was told the job was one thing, then it was turned into a completely different position that I would have never applied to. Not sure how this company gets awards for diversity and disability, the last group (quality) was the most ill informed, biased, and non accommodating group that I have ever worked in. Needed a medical leave and the day I came back was termed. Then the mgr announced it in a staff mtg for no reason. I have never seen that happen in my life. This is not the company for anyone with a disability or anyone in a protected class. If you are in the US the cards are stacked against you as their preference is visa card holders/off shore workers.
