Poor health and saftey - Telescopic Handler Operator Stepnell Employee Review

11 years on the forks and gotta be one of the worst jobs ive been on,Was told new 14m jcb was coming,had a clapped out 17m jcb turn up-machine too bug for the job,water leak from header tank-was asked by management can't i put tape over it-and were naffed off they had to get fitter out to sort,tyre pressures under-only 20psi-wrong inspection paperwork,seat all shredded,no hydraulic forks so dangerous doing general lifts-unloading lorries,and to do 3 story lifts,was told in interview that will do occasional labouring-was doing scaff matts and more labouring that operating forklift
