Pros
The product(s) are incredibly data-centric and have high-potential
The back-end programmers know what they're doing.
Cons
Leadership consistently was paralyzed by a lack of ability to pivot with market changes, especially throughout COVID.
Benefits (health, especially) were mediocre at best. Focused mostly on telemedicine solutions with no choice for a more comprehensive plan. Impossibly high medical deductibles.
Lots of micromanagement, and I did not witness much employee empowerment to create success for the company. It may be a great fit for you, but it also may not be. Do your homework, and make sure it's the environment that's a great fit for you.
Understand that as of the time I left (very recently), the tech guys (programmers, etc) will get priority and be treated very differently by co-founders than someone in marketing or sales. I hope this changes for the better by the time the next person gets hired, because they have a great product.
