Stereoscape is run by a person who doesn’t get along with people at all. The owner will start disputes with customers and bullies employees to that point that they leave the company. The owner has a habit of firing employees and the transparency of wages is non-existent. Stereoscape Oy products and services do not meet the expectations and given resources are insufficient to maintain customer satisfaction. Stereoscape doesn’t offer any benefits and the owner doens’t give the employees working peace. The owner does not trust in the competence of the workforce and interferes with your work without a reason. Belittlement is daily and the work gets exhausting. The facilities are small and old. Company culture does not exist. Employees are tired and afraid of the owner. The given devices are old. There are no recreational activities. The owner is always ”right” in every topic.
