      Absolutely nothing to be fair.

      This was the absolute worst job I’ve ever had!! Please I’m begging you, it doesn’t matter how good they make an offer sound, do yourself a favor and look for another job. This company is broke to say the least, they do anything to save a buck, and micromanage their employees as if they are paying you top dollar. The turnover rate is insane with employees, and C-Level Execs. As soon as the government advised employees work from home they took the opportunity to lay off their drivers and workforce. Crappy company to say the least.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
