This used to be a good company, but upper management is running this company into the ground. The sales culture has all but disappeared in the last 2 years. The sales team and sales leaders have been denied rightfully earned commissions, raises, and opportunities because of the bad leadership they have in place. In fact, a leader in a very high position was finally let go after countless complaints about him and after several great leaders moved on to other companies because they could not work with him, and his successor is not any better. Upper Management has invested millions of dollars, and have hired entire teams to create programs that do not work. For example, they implemented automated commissions and it has caused more headaches than solutions. Also, they have hired an entire team who's only job is to provide company sales rankings, but they cannot even get this simple task right. It's embarrassing that we have so many problems like this. This used to be a great company with a fun culture and very high earning potential. Unfortunately, too many bad decisions have negatively impacted all sales roles (Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Account Manager, and Sales Management), and I cannot see it getting better anytime soon. I cannot look myself in the mirror and tell someone that is looking for a sales job that Stericycle is a good place to work. If you want to make good money and feel like a valuable part of the team, look anywhere else.
