      Learn lean improvement, Benefits are unreal, Some of my coworkers I'd consider "best of the best", Learning possibilities are endless,

      Salary is lower than other places but the benefits exceed other places-401k increases faster, stock options are great, limited growth in some departments,

      Low expectations, not many performers under current set up, easy to fly under the radar doing limited work from home

      Cons

      Continually chipping away at shred-it sales role by upper management who have never been in the role.
