Only apply for a Sales job here if you enjoy being reminded 2-3 times per day that you have to hit your goal, or you will be fired. Extreme micromanagement. Also, in my second year there, they raised our goals by 33%! That is unheard of in Sales. Not because they had some wonderful new product/service to sell, or because they were venturing into new markets. They did it as a way to lower everyone’s commission by 33%. In essence, they were telling us - you work 1/3 harder for us, and in return, we will do NOTHING extra for you! Basically - work 33% harder to achieve the same pay as you did last year. Management doesn’t care about you or your bills. You are just a number to them. I have been in Sales for 20+ years, and this is BY FAR the worst job I’ve ever had. Save yourself much heartache and aggravation by not becoming part of this company.
