Pros

None - CEO and Management is HORRIBLE! Sterling says it is known as a Complince Expertt but yet refuses to pay overtime to its hourly employees! Class Action Lawsuit filed with this Company!!!

Cons

Sterling has and had great employees but they didn't pay us overtime - forced us to work from home without pay - and did not provide is our breaks timely!!

Pros

It's always wonderful when you start a new job and there are emails in your account welcoming you. It definitely feels like family here from Day 1 which is especially helpful in an environment that is still quite virtual! Explanation of Benefits and Training is detailed with an open door to ask additional questions as needed. Happy to be here and that smile continues to grow larger daily.

Cons

I have yet to run into anyone or thing that has derogatory views.

Pros

There were great perks I experienced while working at the company. There were opportunities to take wellness walks every day for mental and physical health. There were also fruits, veggies and smoothies that were provided during the week. We also had catered monthly staff meetings. The best part about working at Sterling was the company trip to Maui--this was the best perk ever.

Cons

When I was working at the company, the workload was insane! Too much work for one department meant a lot of overtime worked. Not to mention, staffing was not sufficient for all the work that needed to be done. I had a supervisor who did not know much about what our department did so it was "different" knowing that I had to teach my superior his/her job. Was disheartening to see such a high turnover in upper management. Overall, it was very difficult knowing that I wasn't being compensated enough for the amount of work that was expected of me.
