      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, and the majority of the people there are genuine and caring people. There are a lot of great things about Sterling, but unfortunately there are more cons than pros.

      Cons

      A recent change in management has turned a dream job into an environment with excessive micro-management, ridiculous expectations, and disrespectful peers. There are many good ideas rarely executed in an effective manner. Training has been inconsistent.
