Pros

The work/life balance here is by far the best I have experienced. Management does not micromanage and is flexible with hours should there be any family matters to attend to. I do not have to worry about picking my kids up from school or missing functions. Management trusts employees to get their job done all while maintaining a healthy life balance at home. Additionally, management has an open line of communication and keeps me aware of any issues.

Cons

Cannot think of any at this time.

Pros

Upon initial engagement, they warmly welcomed me. The acting Vice President demonstrated exceptional kindness.

Cons

The work environment presented significant challenges, with employees expressing discontent and engaging in unproductive behaviors. I was assigned additional responsibilities without adequate training and placed in areas requiring substantial support. The manager, a long-term employee, lacked effective leadership skills and fostered a hostile work environment, especially for female employees. I perceived manipulative tactics employed by the manager to undermine my confidence while performing my duties. Furthermore, there was a pervasive sense of urgency and pressure to complete tasks expeditiously. During the training period, a high turnover rate was observed. Attempts to address concerns regarding harassment with HR were met with a lack of confidentiality. Regrettably, instead of resolving the situation, I was burdened with additional work beyond my training scope and subjected to constant written reprimands.
