Pros
- Some nice people - Dogs allowed in the office
Cons
When I look back at the many jobs I've had in my career, Sterling Communications stands out as by far the worst I've ever worked at. -Revolving door for junior staff. Senior staff gets a pass no matter how badly they act/treat jr staff (and leadership makes excuses for them) - Core values are the biggest joke and couldn't be farther from how they treat people - Compensation is low - they will nickel and dime you during negotiation - Very poor people management - HR operates as "big brother," watching when you sign on/off Slack, monitors when you arrive and and leave the office. If you leave even several minutes early, you will hear about it - Culture of distrust and favoritism - They do things like lunch potluck which sounds like a fun employee engagement idea on the surface but in reality Sterling pays for $0 of it and it's on employees to fund
