      Remote work Even when office starts there will be pick up and drop. Great people Helpful managers and TL’s Great environment. Great IJP’s Bonus Stock bonus

      Cons

      Salary is on the average level and there not much increment that happens every year. The increment is very less like 1-2%

      Pros

      The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

      Cons

      Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.
