Good base pay and bonuses are welcome. Get to travel frequently, meet new people, and attend trade shows. Management is very flexible and open to new ideas.

Not too much in the ways of cons. Most recruiters experience some level of frustration with non-responsiveness from candidates.

Stetson Global set me up with a really interesting Electrical Engineering role where I traveled to client locations for 3-month project work. Most of the projects were in the central U.S. with a few working internationally.

The travel was great but it does require a lifestyle shift. I had to make sure to plan my appointments and family obligations during the weeks that I was home. It's just a different approach as most of my work before this position was local and the typical monday to friday.
