Very old school way of working, expected to be in office everyday regardless. If needing to stay home, very inflexible. Upper Management is disconnected from the people who get things done, and keep pushing them to work harder and longer with no relent. PTO is laughable(10 days, accrued) No one takes responsibility for anything.
