Pros
I recently joined the Stibo team, and have found it to be a very interesting place. Friendly culture, great offices, and very strong growth - which has led to many new hires. Very smart people and everyone is eager to share (if you ask.)
Cons
Recent growth has caused a lof of internal churn as the business tries to figure out how to "grow up" to a top professional services firm. Processes are still being defined, roles and responsibilities change often. If you can't handle change - this might not be the right place for you. If you see opportunity in change, its exactly the right place for you.
