Pros

Nice working for a music company. Products have potential, if they just did some RND. Good work life balance.

Cons

Weird management structre. Closed door policy from upper management - hands off. Apathetic to employee retention. Keeps lumping existing employees with more work when others quit. Offers a step up in management roles without a salary increase. Confused mission statement. Good luck getting a raise.

Pros

Nice office and high-end dinners. Nothing else

Cons

1) No Pay: If you are in sales, do not expect to be paid on your EARNED commissions. Regardless of the amount of business generated ($1MM +), you will not see a single dollar of what is owed and promised to you. 2) Broken Tech: There are constant data integrity issues (clients see other clients data, inaccurate reports, etc.), reporting outages and platform downtimes. It takes days to weeks before issues are resolved. The worst part is, you are directed by leadership to tell clients they caused the problems... 3) Dishonest Executives: Prepare to be told about great customers, large pipeline, top notch earning potential and continuous product innovation . You will experience the complete opposite. 4) Customer Last Culture: This is by far the biggest con. Customers are treated like dirt. They are lied to, they are blamed for product problems and they are sold of bill of goods that does not exist.

- Mixed in with the liars and frauds there are some good people

Cons

- CEO walks around talking about being friends with Trudeau more than laying out the strategic vision of the company - They don’t pay people the money that they rightfully have earned - They operate in a dying industry
